There are 96 sales service outlets in 23 provinces and autonomous regions. Meanwhile, a branch has been set up in Urumqi, and all sales service outlets have parts for all of our products. The after-sales service department has 360 professionals in the field of installation, debugging and maintenance. The all-around, timely and fast 24h service is provided.

1. Pre-sales Service

1) Get to know customer needs and help customers to select the most reasonable products.

2) Provide customers with technical service before installation.

3) Provide customers with preliminary training including equipment operation, maintenance and maintainer.

2. Service during Sales

1) Track, produce and deliver products according to the contract requirements, and ensure the intact equipment can arrive at destination. 

2) Provide various technical parameters on installation.

3. After-sales Service

1) Perform installation, debugging and maintenance at the appointed time.

2) Provide on-the-job training according to customer demands.

3) Receive and handle customers’ complaint on product quality and service quality, and arrive at the site and solve problems in the first time.

4) Establish user documents, keep the record on installation, debugging and maintenance of each equipment in the archives forever, ensure the traceability of every product and provide technical support for equipment maintenance.

5) Pay a return visit irregularly, collect the opinions and suggestions on products and service, and make improvement in time.

6) Unify allocation of resources by after-sales service outlets to ensure timely and effective services.
